This is the where we hang out with the girls online, but it feels like we are hanging out on the couch with your girlfriends, we yap about life and also drop into our bodies to regulate our nervous systems.
Guest Speaker Session: Hear from Podcast Guest
Hear from speakers who have been on the podcast as we dive deeper into topics that cover life, love, and business. You’ll have the opportunity to ask these experts your questions.
Business Round Table Discussion This is where you'll get direct support from the other women on the call to support you in your business. You will get to support the women with what they need help with.

Is this going to be the same date every month?

Yes, the monthly calls will take place on the first, second, third and fourth Wednesday at 5:30 pm PST. We understand the importance of consistency, and we will send you timely reminders to ensure you don’t miss out on the transformative sessions held via Zoom.

What if I can't join live? Will these calls be recorded?

Absolutely! We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending live sessions. All of our sessions are recorded except for the monthly check in where we go a bit deeper and connect on where we currently are in our lives. These particular calls are often where we share personal issues or concerns happening in our life. We always want to create a space of trust and safety. Therefore we will continue to keep these particular calls private and in the moment. You can access all other recordings by visiting The Fully Expressed Community Recorded Calls section in our Slack channel. If you have any concerns about the calls being recorded, please reach out to us at thefullyexpressedpodcast@gmail.com, and we’ll address your preferences accordingly.
